We also can ensure that your organization has all the required new hire documents pertaining to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS / Compliance

We assist with performance improvement, multi-level coaching, development, intensive investigations, and exits. Our team has vast experience with coaching all levels and performing HR actions in a respectful compliant manner to decrease liability. We perform full HR audits and advise our Clients on best practices and legal compliance so they can focus on other critical business needs.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

We offer guidance with benefits administration, partnership with insurance consultants, leave of absence management, assistance with open enrollment, administration of enrollment for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, etc. We are also experts in compensation and can assist with the merit process, bonus planning, deferrals, year end processing, salary survey submission, pricing jobs, sales compensation planning, commission plan design and compliance.
